This is your server name. Your server ID located in "welcome email" (lost it?). You can also find your server ID inside server links, for example:
Your cPanel located here: https://jet.westnic.net:2083, so your server ID would be "JET"
In most cases, server ID is required when you call technical support. Please have your server ID and main domain name ready when you call for assistance.
