Please submit separate support ticket under "Billing Department". Cancellations must be received at least 5 business days before the end of your billing cycle (see "How do I find out my renewal date?") if you have monthly (30-day package) shared or reseller hosting subscription. If you have annual subscription (12 or 24-month), SD or Dedicated Server with us, cancellation ticket must be received at least 10 business days before the end of your billing cycle. Please include:
a) Your Full Name;
b) Main domain name and username;
c) Last 6 digits of credit card number on file or Paypal subscription ID
Important note: please backup your data before cancellation! Your account data will be terminated within 24-72 hours. WestNIC doesn't offer any refunds after 90-day period, however, you may ask us to keep account active until subscription expiration date.
